1.Product introduction of waffle automatic food horizontal packing machine
This waffle packaging system is a multi-function system, which can pack single waffle and multi-waffles. We designed the whole packing system according to your layout and inquiry. The maximum speed can up to 250 bags/ minute. The speed of family pack depends on the size.

2.Main Function of waffle automatic packagingsystem
(1)Waffle packing line consists of distance controller, reversing conveyor, auto sorting unit and packing machine. This system will help waffle auto aligning, distanced, distributing and delivering to the sorting unit and finish packing in order to keep a continuous and orderly production with lower waste and beautiful package. Alcohol spray and air charging is optional.
(2)Single line packing speed can reach 80-220 bags/min.
(3)Whole packaging system adopts 220V, 50HZ, single phase. Total Power is 26KW
(4)The food packing system can use difference packing model according customer product inquiry.

3.Advantage:

6)The PU belt of waffle packaging line can use sticky proof in white color optionally.

4.Application:
Applicable for packing extruded food and other regular product, which made by cutting machine. Connected with former production line by automatic feeder or manual feeder.

6.FAQ
Q: We want to pack single piece waffle and 2 piece wafers by one packing system, is it ok?
A: Yes, off course. But the capacity and the two size of waffle should be within the range of one packing model. For example, if the packaging machine ZP-500 can pack single pack and 2 pieces waffle and the speed is less than 200 bags per minute. Then the answer is yes.
Q: What kind of information I need to offer if we want to buy this waffle automatic packaging system?
