Automatic feeding and packaging system for soap industry


1.Product introduction of automatic horizontal wrapping machinery for soap industry:
This soap packing line is designed for soap industry, the packing speed can up to 350 bags per minute; we sole at least 20 lines per month.

2.Main Function of flow packaging machinery for laundry soap：
1)Soap packing line consists of distance controller, high-speed sorting unit and packing machine. This system distanced, distributes and delivers to the sorting unit and finish packing in order to keep a continuous and orderly production with lower waste and beautiful package.
2)Single line packing speed can reach 300-500bags/min according to product character and size.
3)Whole packing system adopts 220V, 50HZ, single phase. Total Power is 6.2 KW

3.Advantage of automatic horizontal packing equipment for soap industry:
(1)With several difference speed belt arrange materials to guarantee high speed stably and locate accurately.
(2)With movable driving belt and stainless steel baffle, easy for operation and cleaning.
(3)PU belt can be discharged without tools and equipped with hopper to get product waste, which easy for cleaning and maintain.
(4)Simplified structure, easy operation, convenient cleaning and maintain. Easy adjustment for different products or parameter setting.
(5)Conveyor belt is white PU belt and sticky proof. The blue fungi proof belt is optional.
(6)Control system of packing line uses high quality electronic, intelligent PLC, touch screen and good HMI, operating more simply and convenient.
(7)90 degree turning conveyor or 180 degree turning conveyor will add to packaging system according to customers’ factory layout.


4.Application of soap automatic flow packing line:
Applicable for packing candy, marshmallow, chocolate, peanut candy, oatmeal chocolate and other regular product. Connected with former production line by automatic feeder or manual feeder.
