Gas Thermal Cycling Test Machine is a special testing machine developed for GMW14191-2010, which can realize high temperature, normal temperature and pressure temperature shock test of medium gas.

【Test methods】
Test method 1: The temperature of the intake air is raised from 49 ± 0.5°C to 160 ± 5°C in 1 minute and maintain at 160 ± 5°C for two minutes. After that, the temperature is lowered from 160 ± 5°C to 49 ± 0.5°C in 1 minute, and maintain at 49 ± 0.5°C for 1 minute, and the leakage is automatically judged.
Test method 2: The temperature of the intake air is raised from 49 ± 0.5°C to 200 ± 5°C in 1 minute and maintain at 200 ± 5°C for two minutes. After that, the temperature is lowered from 200 ± 5°C to 49 ± 0.5°C in 1 minute, and maintain at 49 ± 0.5°C for 1 minute, and the leakage is automatically judged.
