Full set of molds for all GGG40 double eccentric butterfly valves have been developed with sizes ranging from DN100 to DN3600, pressure up to PN25.
If requested, bi-directional double eccentric butterfly valve can also be supplied.
The surface treatment will be epoxy coating to 300 microns min. with AKZO Nobel powder or Jindapeng powder, the biggest manufacturer in China. They can easily pass drop test from 1kg ball from 0.5 meter

All valves before leaving factory will be 100% will be hydro-tested, to guarantee zero leakage.

The center line of the disc rotation is horizontally and vertically offset from the body seat. This high-performance design eliminates the potential for "seat set" compression while the valve is in the open position.
The disc of the valve adopts double - plate truss construction. Flow area is big and flow resistance is low.
Disc definitely can be fixed by one stem or two shafts as per your request.
