We are Makalu Arun Social Trek (MAST), a government registered and licensed trekking company established in Nepal in 2010. We always think how we can support community development through social tourism. We organize, coordinate or facilitate responsible community based social trekking, volunteering, internship, research as well as other tourism activities for our interested guests around Makalu Arun Valley Region of eastern Nepal.

Through MAST we offer you to:
• enjoy trekking socially with the help of local well experienced porter guides having food and accommodation at the local tea houses/ Home stays
