Is a 3 bedroom 2 bath condo located in Princesa de Peñasco in Sandy Beach, Puerto Peñasco. Princesa de Peñasco is quiet, comfortable resort which has great ocean views. This is a beautiful property and has 3 swimming pools, Jacuzzi, kids wading pool, restaurant/bar, club house with state-of-the-art fitness center, gated community with 24 hour security. One of the swimming pools is a heated pool bar that is just under a year old. You can walk and enjoy the decorated green gardens and walking paths. You will be able to joy a cold beverage under the palapa as you enjoy one of the best beaches in Puerto Peñasco. If you want to enjoy a cookout, you are able to use the community charcoal BBQ grills. Check-out time is at 11:00am. If you wish to have a late check-out, you must make an inquiry prior to your departure date. It will incur a $20 USD per hour.
