The synthesis of p-butylamobenzoic acid is a key step in the synthesis of tetracaine hydrochloride. Chemicalbook has always had the disadvantages of unstable raw materials or low yield. In 1981, it was proposed to synthesize p-butylamobenzoate by alkylation of p-butylamobenzoate and 1-bromobutane.
